Confirmed: Manchester City and Hull City line-ups

Here is how Manchester City and Hull City will line up this evening:

Manchester City starting XI: Caballero, Sagna, Mangala, Otamendi, Clichy, Fernandinho, Delph, De Bruyne, Silva, Navas, Bony

Manchester City subs: Demichelis, Kolarov, Humphreys, Garcia, Iheanacho, Wright, Sterling

Hull City starting XI: Jakupovic, Hayden, Robertson, Bruce, Taylor, Maguire, Elmohamady, Livermore, Odubajo, Akpom, Aluko

Hull City subs: Hernandez, McGregor, Clucas, Maloney, Huddlestone, Diame, Snodgrass

Manchester City welcome Hull City to the Etihad Stadium this evening in the quarter-finals of the Capital One Cup.

City climbed back to the top of the Premier League at the weekend as they were the only side in the top five to win, but Manuel Pellegrini will know his team has a lot to do in the months ahead as they bid to maintain what could soon be four simultaneous trophy bids.

City have lost just once in their last nine matches against Hull and given the players on show it will take all the Tigers have – plus a hefty slice of luck – to give Steve Bruce’s side a famous victory this evening.

Hull have never reached this stage of the competition but they will not want things to end just yet, and while they are currently fourth in the Championship they lost 2-0 to Derby County last time out and will want to get that defeat out of their system in the best possible way.
