Celtic beat Inverness Caledonian Thistle 3-1 on Sunday.
Celtic got back to winning ways on Sunday afternoon with a 3-1 win away at Inverness Caledonian Thistle, just days after disappointment against Ajax.
The Bhoys were beaten 2-1 by Ajax on Thursday, sending them out of the Europa League and piling the pressure on manager Ronny Deila in the process.
Having drawn 0-0 against Kilmarnock last weekend, Deila certainly needed a big victory this weekend, and he will have been pleased to see his side win 3-1 at Inverness.
Callum McGregor repeated his success against Ajax by opening the scoring for the Bhoys, but Miles Storey pulled Inverness level before half time.
After the restart, Celtic regained control, and Leigh Griffiths put Deila's men back in front before a Daniel Devine own goal wrapped up the win for Celtic.
There was some confusion over whether the final goal would be credited to new signing Carlton Cole, but it's gone down as a Devine own goal, robbing Cole of the chance to open his account for the Bhoys.
After the game, both Griffiths and Cole took to Twitter to react to the win, with Griffiths congratulating Cole, possibly thinking that the goal had been awarded to the veteran striker.
However, Cole played that possibility down, stating that he didn't get the dream debut he wanted for Celtic, but thanked fans for their support.
Here are the reactions from Celtic strikers Griffiths and Cole following the 3-1 win over Inverness on Sunday afternoon...
