Kyle Lafferty was happy to see Lewis Grabban score for Norwich City.
Norwich City came from behind to earn an impressive draw with title challengers Arsenal.
The Canaries goal came from striker Lewis Grabban, netting his first goal of the season.
Grabban had been out of favour, starting only one Premier League games and making three further substitute appearances, before making the most out of his start against the Gunners.
Another forward in a similar situation at Norwich has been Northern Ireland international Kyle Lafferty.
He took to Twitter after the game to congratulate his teammate.
Massive point for the lads and great finish from Grabbs. Showed what he's all about when giving a chance. #NCFC— K❤️V (@LaffK) November 29, 2015
Lafferty himself has only played 13 minutes of Premier League football this season, and will be hoping to make a similar type of impact to Grabban if and when he receives an opportunity.
The Eastern Daily Press reported earlier this month how both players were targets for Championship side Leeds United ahead of the recent emergency loan deadline, but Norwich boss Alex Neil was determined to keep hold of both.
That decision has already repaid dividends, and it is positive Lafferty sees Grabban's success as encouraging, rather than a roadblock to his own first team opportunities.
