Watford fans react to Allan Nyom's performance against Villa

Watford overcame Aston Villa 3-2 on Saturday but what did Hornets fans think of Nyom's contribution?

Watford inflicted defeat on Aston Villa on Saturday with Odion Ighalo, Troy Deeney and an own-goal from Alan Hutton ensuring the Hornets took all three points.

Micah Richards and Jordan Ayew both found the net for Villa but that was not enough to give manager Remi Garde even a point and the result leaves the Villans bottom of the league with just five points from 14 matches.

In contrast Watford climbed up to 11th and they looked good value for their victory, with a top-half finish a distinct possibility if they keep playing like this.

Cameroon right-back Allan Nyom only arrived at Watford from Italian side Udinese in July having never played a match there, instead spending his time on loan at Spanish club Granada.

Nyom has not always delivered top draw performances but he looked back to his best against Villa and Watford fans will no doubt be hoping this is a sign of things to come.
