The striker has been in fine form once again for Mauricio Pochettno's side this season.
Kane has quickly become the star over the show at White Hart Lane over last season and the beginning of this campaign.
He was in prolific form last season as he seriously challenged Sergio Aguero for the Golden Boot, and is in fine form again this season with him currently third in the rankings.
It has been a meteoric rise for Kane, with him looking destined to go to Euro 2016 with England next summer, but Ramsey says he isn’t surprised.
“It’s not surprised me how good he is because his mentality is fantastic,” he told BT Sport.
“The mentality of most of the youngsters there is really, really good. His scoring as many goals is something that he’s had to work at.”
The former QPR manager has also said he is hoping for big things from Pochettino’s side this season.
Spurs have been highly impressive and are currently unbeaten in the league since the opening day loss to Manchester United.
They are strongly pushing for a Champions League place, sitting just two points behind rivals Arsenal, who currently occupy fourth place in the table.
Pochettino is working with a relatively youthful side this season, and Ramsey believes that could be the difference for them.
“They’re a very good team with a very good manager, I’m hoping for big things for them this season,” he added.
“I think they’ve got good energy with the kids that are playing. I think they are Tottenham through and through and they’re going to fight a little bit more for that academy that’s brought you through.”
