Sheffield Wednesday trio Barry Bannan, Liam Palmer and Modou Sougou have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the failure to win against Blackburn Rovers away from home on Saturday afternoon.
Wednesday played out a 2-2 draw with Blackburn at Ewood Park in the Championship.
Hope Akpan puts hosts Blackburn in the lead after just minutes when he headed home from Craig Conway's corner, but Sougou restored parity for the visitors on 39 minutes.
Corry Evans put the home team back in the lead just before the half-time interval, but the Owls equalised six minutes from full time through Kieran Lee.
We showed good character to come back into it twice. Hard fought point in the end! Happy to be back involved today. On to Tuesday. #SWFC— Liam Palmer (@LiamJPalmer) November 28, 2015
Over the course of the 90 minutes at Ewood Park, visitors Wednesday had 50% of the possession, took nine shots of which two were on target, and earned three corners.
Carlos Carvalhal’s side are eighth in the Championship table at the moment with 28 points from 18 matches, level on points with sixth-place Birmingham City.
