The Reds have struggled at Anfield but impressed on the road this season.
The German has proved to be a big hit at Anfield so far, having replaced Brendan Rodgers earlier in the season.
The Reds have been especially impressive on the road under his leadership, with big wins over Chelsea and Manchester City so far.
They have not been as strong at home though, and Nicholas says that is the next hurdle he must overcome at the club.
“I think the thing he’s got to overcome is at home when people play differently, even the other night they found it difficult to break down Bordeaux,” he told Soccer Saturday.
“So that’ll be the next thing for him to move on, have to change it dramatically, having to change positions just slightly. Once he overcomes that, the true belief will start to come in.”
Liverpool’s home form is certainly a concern for the side this season having only picked up eight points at Anfield this season.
That could be a big blow to their hopes of reaching the Champions League, with their main rivals, Tottenham, having the second best home form in the division.
They have 15 points at home this season so far, which is a big difference between the two sides at present.
With Klopp in charge though, they are sure to think that anything is possible given the impact he has already had.
