Confirmed: Liverpool and Swansea line-ups

Here is how Liverpool and Swansea City will line up this weekend:

Liverpool welcome Swansea City to Anfield this weekend with Jurgen Klopp’s side looking to build on their impressive 4-1 victory against Manchester City last time out.

The Reds are currently 10th in the Premier League with 20 points from their first 13 matches of the season while Swansea are 14th and six points worse off than today’s opponents.

Garry Monk’s side started the campaign in blistering form but they have won just once in their last nine league matches and that form has put pressure on their young manager.

With Liverpool winning four of their last five matches against the Swansea they will be quietly confident of adding to that this weekend, but the side from Wales have more than enough talent to cause an upset at Anfield.

When you consider Liverpool’s recent home record – just one win in five – the pressure will be on Klopp to build on what was an outstanding away victory last time out, while Swansea will want to go one better than their 2-2 draw with Bournemouth last weekend.
