The Bhoys have not forgotten last season's cup semi final.
Celtic picked up a 3-1 win at Inverness Caledonian Thistle today in what was in the end a comfortable scoreline from a tough performance.
Celtic's goals came courtesy of Callum McGregor, Leigh Griffiths and the third has been credited as an own goal from Irish defender Daniel Devine.
But there was some real controversy over the goal.
It was Carlton Cole, making his long-awaited Celtic debut, that caused the problems.
His touch a little rusty, he miscontrolled his first effort at bringing the ball down before falling over and the ball ended up in the back of the net.
On closer inspection you can clearly see that the ball comes off of his arm before being knocked into the back of the net by the Inverness defender.
Sweet redemption for Celtic fans.
Last season Celtic were dreaming of a treble and took on Caley in the semi-final of the Scottish Cup. They lost 3-2 but it was an effort that was, for want of a better word, saved on the line by Inverness defender Josh Meekings that everyone now remembers.
So as far as Celtic fans were considered this was just karma.

That's the Meekings one cancelled out IMO.— Craig Anderson (@craig_killie) November 29, 2015

"Clear handball. Cole has to be honest and let the referee know" - Josh Meekings— Oldfirmfacts (@Oldfirmfacts1) November 29, 2015
Scrappy goal from Cole. It's a shame for Caley because I reckon Meekings would've saved that. #Celtic— Don King-Headlock (@Stewieofff) November 29, 2015
More investigation on the "handball" of cole than last years scottish cup handball by Meekings— John (@johnfm15) November 29, 2015
