Forest returned to winning ways in the Championship with a 3-1 victory over Reading at the City Ground.
Matej Vydra put the Royals in the lead in the 14th minute when Oliver Norwood's shot deflected into his path.
Chris O'Grady restored parity for the Reds with a close-range shot just six minutes later, and Nelson Oliveira's superb 20-yard curling effort just past the half-hour mark saw the home team go 2-1 up.
Oliveira tapped in O'Grady's cross four minutes after the break to secure all three points for Forest, who ended the game with 10 men due to the dismissal of Jack Hobbs.
