The Leeds head coach has been discussing his side's performance against Queens Park Rangers.
The R's won thanks to a Charlie Austin goal in the second half and the Leeds side delivered another poor display at Loftus Road.
But Evans was pleased with three of his players, suggesting he is disappointed with everyone else in his team.
The Scot told LUTV: "The reaction is obviously one of disappointment. We were poor all over the pitch. I would exclude Taylor and Bridcutt from that criticism - and Silvestri, who did his job."
It's no surprise that Taylor once again performed for Leeds, despite only just returning from injury. Evans also seems to have high hopes for Bridcutt over the coming few weeks.
The standard of United's performances, however, seem to have reverted to the usual. One moment of poor marking, meanwhile, was always going to punished by a striker of Austin's quality.
Next up for Leeds is a Championship clash against Hull City. It won't get any easier for the Whites - and Evans will need to be left praising a lot more than just three of his players if Leeds are to earn any results.
