Rangers boss Mark Warburton reacts on Twitter to win against St Mirren

Rangers defeated St Mirren 4-0 at Ibrox in Glasgow in the Scottish Challenge Cup today.

Rangers manager Mark Warburton has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to his side’s victory over St Mirren at home today.

The Gers defeated their Scottish Championship rivals 4-0 at Ibrox in Glasgow in the semi-finals of the Scottish Challenge Cup.

Warburton has taken to Twitter to express his joy at his side’s progress to the final of a prestigious cup competition.

Rangers took the lead against St. Mirren through Jason Holt in the 34th minute, but had to wait until the 77th minute to double the advantage when Kenny Miller found the target.

Martyn Waghorn made it 3-0 to the home team on 88 minutes, and late on Dean Shiels scored with a deflected effort.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at Ibrox, Rangers had 66% of the possession, took 20 shots of which 10 were on target, and earned two corners.
