Derby fans react on Twitter to Jacob Butterfield’s performance against Hull

Jacob Butterfield scored twice as Derby County defeated Hull City 2-0 at the KC Stadium in the Championship on Friday evening.

Derby County fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to have their say on the performance of Jacob Butterfield against Hull City away from home on Friday evening.

Butterfield started the Championship game at the KC Stadium and played for 69 minutes, as Derby registered a 2-0 win.

The 25-year-old midfielder scored both the goals for the Rams, first finding the target from 12 yards on 18 minutes and then volleying home from the edge of the Hull penalty box in the 34th minute.

The former Middlesbrough and Huddersfield Town man took a total of three shots, had a pass accuracy of 93%, put in one cross, attempted two dribbles, and made two interceptions and two blocks.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at the KC Stadium, Derby had only 38% of the possession, took nine shots of which four were on target, and earned four corners.
