Claudio Ranieri’s side are a point clear of United, who are currently second in the standings and are a point ahead of Manchester City and Arsenal, who are third and fourth respectively.
Vardy has been in superb form for Leicester so far this campaign and has been banging in the goals left, right and centre.
The 28-year-old striker has scored 13 goals and created 16 chances in 13 Premier League appearances so far this season.
