Leeds United head coach Steve Evans has been quoted as saying by the club's official Twitter page that defender Sol Bamba could feature against Queens Park Rangers away from home in London this weekend.
The Ivory Coast international centre-back is recovering from a fractured toe, and Evans has suggested that he could play against QPR at Loftus Road in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.
Leeds will head into the match against QPR on the back of a 1-0 defeat to Rotherham United at Elland Road in the Championship.
The defeat to Rotherham at home left the Whites 16th in the league table with 19 points from 17 matches.
The West Yorkshire outfit are just four points above the bottom three, and the risk of getting dragged into a relegation dogfight is still there.
Meanwhile, QPR, who got relegated from the Premier League at the end of last season, are 15th in the standings at the moment with 20 points from 17 games.
