Jack Grealish could learn a lot from Everton and Tottenham Hotspur stars Ross Barkley and Dele Alli

The Aston Villa man has been banished to the under-21s after his recent behaviour.

Aston Villa talent Jack Grealish is certainly picking himself up an unenviable reputation at the moment. The talented midfielder has been banished from the first-team after being pictured by national papers partying after a 4-0 defeat against Everton at the weekend.

It is not the first time he has courted controversy and it has seen him demoted by Villa boss Remi Garde.

Grealish, who has recently committed his international future to England, could certainly learn a thing or two from two players currently starring for both their club's and the England national side.

Like Grealish both Tottenham Hotspur star Dele Alli and Everton midfielder Ross Barkley have that edge which makes them a little bit special.

Alli has thrived for Tottenham whilst Barkley has been a star for Everton this term but both keep their edge for the pitch. Grealish seems to be struggling with doing just that.

The Villa talent could learn a lot by looking at the professionalism of the Tottenham and Everton pair. If he was to do so then he would certainly see just what it takes to make it for both club and country in his promising footballing career.
