The Hammers did add two wingers over the summer in Victor Moses and Michail Antonio, whilst Manuel Lanzini has also played out wide following his arrival before the start of the season - yet manager Slaven Bilic could still be in the market for another winger.
The Daily Mirror report that the Hammers are pursuing a deal for Besitkas star Gokhan Tore, who may be familiar to some Premier League fans having previously been on the books at Chelsea.
One man who is certainly familiar with Tore is Bilic, who managed the Turkish international during his time at Besiktas, and it now appears that the West Ham boss wants a reunion.
The report states that the Hammers will pursue a January deal for 23-year-old Tore - a left footed winger who can play on either side - in a bid to lure him back to London, subsequently putting Antonio's role with the club under real threat.
Antonio, 25, arrived at Upton Park on deadline day having impressed with Nottingham Forest in the Championship, but he has barely featured for the Hammers so far.
It's noted that Derby County wanted to sign Antonio over the summer, but rivals Forest wouldn't deal with the Rams. Now with Antonio vulnerable at West Ham, Paul Clement's game could make a move to sign him once again, if Tore does arrive.
