Spurs supporters have been delighted with the way their side have played this season, and the atmosphere in the ground was excellent as they beat West Ham United 4-1 in their most recent outing.
Lloris says that the Spurs players can sense the optimism in the crowd at the moment, and he thinks that they are starting to understand what the club is trying to achieve on the pitch.
“We were fantastic. It was a great team performance - there is nothing more to say,” the French goalkeeper said.
“It was great for the confidence to score the four goals and I think our fans now understand the style of football we are playing. We can feel that from the pitch.”
Tottenham’s display against West Ham was arguably their finest of the season to date, as they battered their London rivals.
Harry Kane netted a brace, while Toby Alderweireld and Kyle Walker also got on the scoresheet in a thoroughly accomplished performance.
The win extended Tottenham’s unbeaten run in the Premier League to 12 matches, further raising the hopes that they could break into the top four this season.
Pochettino’s side are currently just two points away from the Champions League qualification spaces, with their next domestic game coming against Chelsea on Sunday.
