Zivkovic is just 19-years-old, and is described by the news outlet as the 'Serbian Messi'.
The youngster's performances this season illustrate why he is so highly regarded. In 20 games in all competitions for Partizan Belgrade he has scored nine goals and provided seven assists.
These include this season in the Europa League where he has three goals in three games.
He is a winger able to play on either flank, and has already earned three international caps for his country.
Fascinatingly his contract expires in June, which is prompting a scramble for his signature.
On a free transfer he is a low risk signing with huge potential, and could be an outstanding addition for either North London club.
