Tottenham Hotspur beat West Ham United 4-1 in their most recent outing.
Harry Kane claims that every member of Tottenham Hotspur’s team had a legitimate claim to be Man of the Match in their 4-1 win over West Ham United.
Spurs dismantled the Hammers at White Hart Lane yesterday, and their performance in the contest was arguably their best of the season to date.
Every one of Tottenham’s players was highly impressive in the match, and Kane could not pick a standout performer when he was asked at full-time.
Kane, himself, could argue that he deserved to win the Man of the Match award, as his performance was crucial for Spurs.
The 22-year-old striker set Tottenham on their way with a well-taken finish, and he notched another from long-range later on in the contest.
Toby Alderweireld and Kyle Walker also got on the scoresheet for Spurs, as Mauricio Pochettino’s side extended their unbeaten run to 12 matches.
Tottenham are now just two points away from the top-four, and they have an opporuntity to strengthen their claim for a Champions League spot by beating Chelsea next weekend.
