The Belgian had another fine afternoon in his side's 4-1 victory.
Everton’s 4-0 win over Aston Villa on Saturday saw a number of players put in impressive performances.
One of those was striker Romelu Lukaku, who got two of his side’s four goals in the game.
Those goals took the Belgian past 50 in the league, the first Belgian to do so, while he also became only the fifth player to score 50 goals before aged 23.
It was an impressive performance from the striker, as he continued his fine form of this season, with him now the second highest goalscorer in the league so far.
We decided to take a look at his other stats to see just how good he was.
|Match||Goals||Touches||Unsuccessful Touch||Dribble Success||Passing Accuracy||Total Scoring Attempts||Ontarget Scoring Attempts|
|Romelu Lukaku||Everton vs Aston Villa||2||41||1||100%||82%||6||3|
First and foremost was his dribbling, with him enjoying a 100% success rate in that area.
In fact, his touch over all was excellent as he managed just one unsuccessful touch all game, with a success rate of 97%.
Even his passing was on form, as he enjoyed a pass success rate of 82%, with him providing an excellent outlet for all of his side’s attacking play.
The only area that let him down was his shooting, as he only managed to get half of his shots on target, although considering two of those ended up in the back of the net, he’s unlikely to be too bothered.
Another fine display from Lukaku then, who Everton will be hoping can continue his top form for the rest of the campaign.
