The striker was once again in form as he bagged two goals in the 4-1 win over West Ham.
The striker is currently in a rich vein of form, and continued that with two goals in his sides win over rivals West Ham on Sunday.
It hasn’t been totally good for him this season though, as he initially struggle to replicate his goalscoring exploits of last season at the beginning of this campaign.
He did not give up during that barren run though, with his efforts each week generally having been praised despite the lack of goals.
And Jenas has praised him, saying his current form is a testament to his positive mentality this season.
"Harry Kane hasn't done much today but the minute the ball fell to him you knew exactly what the end result would be, a striker's finish,” he told BBC Sport.
"People might have been doubting him at the stat of this season, but it's testament to that lad's mentality that he keeps putting them away."
Given how well Kane is performing once again, there is a chance he could replicate last season’s fine form.
He currently has his confidence back once again, with chances that weren’t going in for him earlier in the campaign now finding the back of the net.
Goals though, are not the most important aspect of his game; with his all round play being more beneficial to the side than the goals he brings to the table.
Spurs though, will be hoping he can continue to contribute for the rest of the season as they eye a top four finish and beyond.
