Ronald Koeman reacts on Twitter to Southampton’s defeat to Stoke

Southampton went down 1-0 to Stoke City at St. Mary’s Stadium in the Premier League today.

Southampton manager Ronald Koeman has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to his side’s defeat to Stoke City at home today.

The Saints failed to maintain their recent run of positive results, as they went down 1-0 to Stoke at St. Mary’s Stadium in the Premier League.

Bojan Krkic’s goal in the 10th minute proved to be the difference between the two sides. Koeman has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the Saints’ defeat to the Potters.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at St. Mary’s Stadium, hosts Southampton had 58% of the possession, took 16 shots of which just one was on target, and earned seven corners.

Visitors Stoke had 42% of the possession, took 16 shots of which only four were on target, and earned three corners.

Southampton are eighth in the Premier League table at the moment with 20 points from 13 matches, just six points behind fourth-place Arsenal.
