The Turkish international has been in top form in the Bundesliga this season.

Tottenham Hotspur are currently impressing under Mauricio Pochettino and are now looking toward the January transfer window and improve the current first-team options.

Names are now beginning to be linked with a move to White Hart Lane and one player who is said to be interesting Spurs is Mainz attacker Yunus Malli.

Sport Bild are reporting that Tottenham Hotspur are keen on snapping up the player who has had an excellent 2015.

Malli has scored seven goals in 14 appearances this term and is shining in the Bundesliga.

The 23-year-old is certainly a player who Pochettino would enjoy having on board. He is a player that fits his style of play and Malli should perform well in his system.

Malli recently made his international debut for the Turkish national team, despite being born in Germany and playing for Germany up to to the under-21 level.

Young, talented and technically astute it would certainly be an interesting move if Tottenham can convince Mainz to part with one of their star talents.
