The Rotherham boss was frank in his post-match interview after beating former side Leeds 1-0 on Saturday afternoon.
And Redfearn even went on to suggest Leeds fans will be as pleased as Rotherham fans after the game.
But the coach hit out at 'one man' - clearly Whites owner Massimo Cellino - after the manager wasn't allowed to park his car at Elland Road.
Redfearn is quoted as telling reporters: "It's very childish. I parked in Batley and I am getting the bus back!.
"I learnt it yesterday but (fitness coach) Paul Warne drove my car in and I came in with someone else so they aren't that clever are they? It hasn't soured my feeling for Leeds United, just one man.
"This is sweet, it has been tough. Leeds fans will probably be as happy as Rotherham fans tonight."
The win will be even sweeter for Redfearn considering the formbooks going into the clash. This was the Rotherham boss's first win at the club, with the Millers in poor form before the international break.
Leeds fans, however, had just felt their side had turned a corner - two wins in a row came for the first time this season in surprising circumstances.
But it was a poor Leeds display on Saturday, especially in the middle of the park and in the final third. For Rotherham, though, a big boost in their bid to pull away from the relegation zone. There certainly will be plenty of United fans happy for Redfearn - as happy as Rotherham fans, however, perhaps not...
