Jamie Redknapp predicts Tottenham v West Ham, first goalscorer

Tottenham Hotspur will take on West Ham United at White Hart Lane in the Premier League on Sunday.

Jamie Redknapp has predicted on Sky Sports that Tottenham Hotspur will win against West Ham United at home in the Premier League on Sunday.

Tottenham will take on West Ham at White Hart Lane in the London derby, and the former Spurs midfielder believes that the hosts will win 2-1.

While predicting Spurs striker Harry Kane to score the first goal in the match, Redknapp told Sky Sports: “Tottenham have started well but now they have really found their form.

“That's what makes me believe they will win this game. It will be a good game but I just think Spurs will edge it.”

Tottenham will head into Sunday’s encounter against West Ham on the back of a 1-1 draw with Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium in the North London derby.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side are fifth in the Premier League table at the moment with 21 points from 12 matches. Spurs are five points behind fourth-place Arsenal with a game in hand.

Meanwhile, West Ham currently find themselves level on 21 points with Tottenham and a place behind due to an inferior goal difference.

The Hammers will head into Sunday’s London derby at White Hart Lane on the back of a 1-1 draw with Everton.

Slaven Bilic’s have not won in their last two league games, but they will be confident of winning the match against Spurs.
