Ronny Deila has commented after Celtic's 0-0 draw against Kilmarnock today.
Celtic manager Ronny Deila has told the club's official Twitter account that he was 'very pleased' with Jozo Simunovic's performance against Kilmarnock.
The Bhoys went in to the game having won five matches in a row, and manager Deila will have been keen to see his side make that six in a row too.
However, Celtic endured a frustrating afternoon, as despite having 65% of possession as well as 20 shots on goal, the game finished 0-0, with Kilmarnock grinding out a point.
It's not a great night for Deila, but he did manage to have some great words for centre back Jozo Simunovic's performance during the game.
The Croatian centre back, 21, joined the Bhoys from Dinamo Zagreb on transfer deadline day back in September, and whilst he was seen as Virgil van Dijk's successor following the Dutchman's move to Southampton, Simunovic has struggled with injuries.
Today though, Simunovic was passed fit to play, and Deila told the club's official Twitter account that he was 'very pleased' with the centre back's performance.

Midfielder Kris Commons missed the game, and Deila also added that the playmaker could be in line to return to the Celtic team for the Europa League clash with Ajax on Thursday night, having picked up a hamstring knock.
RD: “There is a possibility Kris will be back. He has been feeling his hamstring a bit so we will see how he is." (MH)— Celtic Football Club (@celticfc) November 21, 2015
