The Spanish midfielder has not played since the win v Chelsea.
West Ham United have been dealt some injury blows in recent times. Dimitri Payet is out until the new year after suffering ankle ligament damage against Everton and today saw Enner Valencia ruled out for weeks with his long troublesome injury issue.
But it looks like there is some good news on the injury front.
Not only is Alex Song getting closer and closer to his second West Ham debut but another summer arrival is now back in action.
Bilic told his press conference earlier today:
BILIC: "Obiang is back in training today and we will decide. On Sunday, we need only the players who are 100 per cent fit."— West Ham United FC (@whufc_official) November 20, 2015
Pedro Obiang signed for the club from Sampdoria this summer and the Spaniard has impressed in recent ties with Liverpool and City. He cost the club a reported fee of around £4.3 million, according to The Telegraph.
But so far the bespectacled midfield maestro has not worked off that price-tag - featuring in just 386 minutes of Premier League football.
Hopefully the 23-year-old, who has not featured since the win against Chelsea at the end of last month, can now get back into first-team action stay fit for West Ham - even if the North London derby against Tottenham does come too soon.
