Tottenham will take on West Ham at White Hart Lane in the London derby, and the former England international expects the spoils to be shared.
“Tottenham will be hoping that they are not the latest big name scalp on the road for West Ham on Sunday,” Owen wrote on Colossusbets.com.
“And the bookmakers have them as odds-on favourites to win, which isn’t surprising given they are unbeaten at home and have been playing really well of late, most recently in a 1-1 draw at Arsenal where they were the better team for large chunks of the game.
“But I wouldn’t be in a rush to back them at odds-on against a dangerous West Ham side, and 1-1 and AOD are included in my perm.”
Tottenham will head into Sunday’s encounter against West Ham on the back of a 1-1 draw with Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium in the North London derby.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side are fifth in the Premier League table at the moment with 21 points from 12 matches.
Spurs are just three points behind fourth-place Manchester United and five behind leaders Manchester City.
Meanwhile, West Ham currently find themselves level on 21 points with Tottenham and a place behind due to an inferior goal difference.
The Hammers will head into Sunday’s London derby at White Hart Lane on the back of a 1-1 draw with Everton.
Slaven Bilic’s have not won in their last two league games, but they will be confident of winning the match against Spurs.
