The midfielder has impressed today for Southampton.
Southampton took on Ajax today in a friendly match to keep their first-team squad who were not called up for international duty busy.
There were not many Southampton players left behind but the ones that were put in an excellent showing against the Dutch giants - who themselves fielded a weakened side.
Southampton did have some regulars in the line-up - with Oriol Romeu, Steven Caulker and Juanmi all present. They also fielded some of their more impressive youngsters - such as Ryan Seager and Harrison Reed.
And nobody did their chances any harm with a fantastic 4-0 win.
One man who would have been looking to impress his boss was Armani Little. The 18-year-old signed his first professional contract with the club in April and he opened the scoring with an excellently placed free-kick.
Juanmi, who has not featured as much as he would have wanted since joining from Malaga in the summer, scored the second.
The third goal came from Cuco Martina - heading in at the backpost.
The result was wrapped up by half-time when another young talent Jake Hesketh slid the ball into the bottom corner.
It was a good run-out for the players and the performance of the Southampton youngsters will have certainly pleased the boss.
