Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma has taken to social networking site Twitter to wish Aston Villa youngster Jordan Amavi a speedy recovery.
Amavi, who joined Premier League side Villa from French club Nice in the summer transfer window, has been ruled out for the rest of the season.
The 21-year-old left-back suffered a cruciate knee ligament injury during the France Under-21 side’s 1-0 victory over their Northern Ireland counterparts on Thursday.
France international centre-back Zouma, who is also just 21 years of age, has wished his compatriot a speedy recovery on Twitter.
The former Saint-Etienne youngster has sent the following message to Amavi on the social networking site which when translated from French reads: “Good recovery. We are together….”
