Manchester United teenager Andreas Pereira took to Twitter on Saturday night with a message for David Beckham.
Indeed, the 19-year-old was delighted to see the club icon back at Old Trafford for a charity match and expressed his admiration on social media.
Beckham was one of a number of famous ex-players on the pitch at Manchester United.
And the former England captain even saw his son Brooklyn come on as a substitute.
As for United's current season - that unfortunately doesn't contain Beckham - Louis van Gaal's side sit just two points off the summit of the Premier League table.
Many, though, have commented on Manchester United's lack of style so far this season, with Van Gaal appearing exactly the type of manager who will always value results and substance over style.
Even Beckham himself, however, has commented on the need for United to play with a certain entertainment value.
It will be interesting to see how fans feel if LvG does achieve some tangible success - a trophy or two - but does so with a tactical, defensive and possession-based approach.
