Here is how England’s under-21 side will line up against Bosnia-Herzegovina this afternoon with players from Arsenal, Chelsea and Sunderland all involved.
England under-21 starting XI: Pickford, Iorfa, Chambers, Stephens, Targett, Ward-Prowse, Chalobah, Loftus-Cheek, Baker, Akpom, Solanke
England under-21 subs: Wildsmith, Aina, Forster-Caskey, March, Watmore, Gray, Woodrow
England’s under-21 side continue their Euro 2017 qualifying phase with a match against Bosnia-Herzegovina this week, with Gareth Southgate having to shuffle his pack with Tottenham Hotspur duo Eric Dier and Dele Alli now involved in the senior setup.
Liverpool duo Joe Gomez and Jordon Ibe are also unavailable along with Norwich City’s Nathan Redmond, but England still have enough quality to get three more points on the board this afternoon.
Among those players in action are Arsenal striker Chuba Akpom and defender Calum Chambers, while Chelsea are well represented with the likes of Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Lewis Baker and Dominic Solanke all starting.
Exciting young Sunderland goalkeeper Jordan Pickford also starts as England’s youngsters look to maintain their 100 per cent start to Group 9.
Switzerland and Norway may both be ahead of them for now but that is only because the pair have played more games, so if England keep winning, qualification will ultimately be secured, with Arsenal and Chelsea fans both likely to be keeping a close eye on proceedings given the latest team selection.
