Report: Everton have no interest in selling Romelu Lukaku in near future

Everton

Everton have ruled out the possibility of selling Romelu Lukaku in either of the next two transfer windows.

According to a report in the Daily Mail, Everton have absolutely no interest in selling Romelu Lukaku during the next two transfer windows.

Lukaku has been linked with some of Europe’s biggest clubs in recent times, but the Toffees are determined to keep hold of him.

Everton realise that the 22-year-old is one of the top striking talents in the world, and they are not interested in cashing in.

The Toffees, instead, want to build their team around the Belgium international – and they, apparently, will shun any interest in either of the next two transfer windows.

Lukaku has been vital to Everton’s cause this season, and he seems to be developing into the complete forward.

The former Chelsea man has scored nine times in his 15 matches to date this term, and he looks a real threat to defences.

He has fully established his standing as Everton’s first-choice striker, and Roberto Martinez is planning to keep him at Goodison Park for the long-term, despite rising interest.
