Belgium boss Marc Wilmots has said he has no worries over the fitness of his players despite four sitting out Tuesday's session.
Tottenham duo Jan Vertonghen and Mousa Dembele were absent, as was Vincent Kompany of Manchester City, and Gent striker Laurent Depoitre.
Belgium have already seen Marouane Fellaini and Jordan Lukaku pull out of the squad injured, prompting a recall for Kevin Mirallas.
Wilmots told Belgian newspaper Nieuwsblade there are no major concerns about the missing quartet.
He said: "I am not sure they will do much on Wednesday, but for the match of Friday, I'm not worried. They work in the gym just as hard as their teammates on the field."
Wilmots appears positive there are no major issues with the players, simply feeling they needed a rest. Kompany, Vertonghen and Dembele were among those to play on Sunday, and the Belgian boss' caution is good news for their respective clubs.
There was no mention of Tottenham teammate Toby Alderweireled as an absentee from training in the report.
Spurs winger Nacer Chadli is currently missing from the squad with an ankle injury which has kept him out of action for the last fortnight.
