Noble played with Collison at London outfit West Ham before the latter left in the summer of 2014.
The 27-year-old Wales international midfielder’s career has been riddled with injuries, but he now appears to be on the mend at League One outfit Peterborough United.
West Ham captain Noble still appears to hold Collison in high regard and has sent him the following message on Twitter:
West Ham are having a great season and appear to be in the running for a top-four finish in the Premier League.
Slaven Bilic’s side are sixth in the league table at the moment with 21 points from 12 matches, just three points behind fourth-place Manchester United.
Meanwhile, Peterborough currently find themselves 13th in the League One table with 21 points from 16 matches, six points behind sixth-place Bury.
