Leeds United youngster Charlie Horton appears to be enjoying the international break.
Leeds United youngster Charlie Horton has joked on Twitter that even being in Brazil can’t beat living in West Yorkshire.
Horton is away on international duty with the United States' Under-23 side, and the team are currently taking the opportunity to explore Brazil, ahead of their match later in the week.
Horton posted a picture by a sun-soaked beach on Twitter, but he joked that he would rather be back in overcast England.
Horton joined Leeds during the summer transfer window, with the Whites feeling that he could have a very bright future.
Although the youngster is still developing, Leeds have seen enough talent to suggest that he could take their number one shirt if he progresses as planned.
Horton’s career has been an interesting one so far, with the prospect already representing a number of clubs in England.
Peterborough United first snapped him up, after spotting his talent on YouTube videos, and he has since moved to Cardiff City, before ending up at Elland Road.
During Horton’s time with the three clubs, he is yet to make a first-team appearance.
