Lanzini was brought to the Hammers during the summer transfer window, and there was little fan-fare around his transfer, as the attacking midfielder’s talents were not well known.
However, the Argentine has quickly made an impression at Upton Park – after breaking into the first-team, and Noble feels that Bilic deserves credit for getting the best out of him.
“Manuel is great,” Noble said. “He’s learning English and he’s a lovely kid. He’s only 22 and he’s got a manager who believes in him and lets him go out and play.
“He’s a top player, and I YouTubed him before he came here and saw that he had a lot of quality. He’s showing that in the games.”
Lanzini is already playing a key role for West Ham, and he has firmly established his place in their first-team.
The 22-year-old has scored three goals in his first 10 matches for the club, and he netted a wonderful strike against Everton in his side’s most recent outing.
Lanzini’s goal could not provide West Ham with the three points against Everton, with Romelu Lukaku scoring an equaliser for the Merseyside outfit, but it did continue to enhance his reputation.
Lanzini’s partnership with Dimitri Payet in attacking areas has been one of the key reasons behind West Ham’s exceptional start, and Bilic will be hoping to continue to get the best out of them for the foreseeable future.
