Harry Kane praises Tottenham teammate Dele Alli after 1-1 draw with Arsenal

The Tottenham Hotspur teenager continues to impress.

Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has been speaking to the BBC about his young teammate Dele Alli after both players impressed in the North London derby against Arsenal on Sunday.

Kane opened the scoring before Kieran Gibbs equalised for the Gunners and that was how the score-line remained, with both sides taking a point apiece.

Alli has been nothing short of sensational since making his Tottenham debut this season and the former MK Dons player looks a class apart despite still being only 19.

“He’s a great, great talent,” Kane told the BBC regarding Alli. “It doesn’t matter what stage he’s on, he’ll try things and try to express himself which is great for Spurs and great for the country.”

It seems nothing fazes Alli and he has shown glimpses of just what a great player he is destined to become in his 16 senior appearances to date.

Alli’s form for Tottenham has earned him an England call-up and he now looks odds-on to be included in England’s Euro 2016 squad, such has been his emergence.

One thing is for certain, Kane and Alli look set to blossom into two of the best players for both club and country and that is something Tottenham fans will be grinning from ear to ear about…and rightly so.
