Palace returned to winning ways in the Premier League with a 2-1 triumph over the Reds at Anfield.
Yannick Bolasie put the Eagles in the lead in the 21st minute, and Brazil international attacking midfielder Philippe Coutinho restored parity for Liverpool on 42 minutes.
Alan Pardew’s visiting team scored the winner eight minutes from time through Scott Dann, who reacted quickest after Simon Mignolet parried his header.
Attacker Wickham, who joined Palace from Sunderland in the summer transfer window, was delighted with the win.
What a win last night it felt great to finally get back out there and help collect 3 points #palace— Connor Wickham (@ConnorWickham10) November 9, 2015
Over the course of the 90 minutes at Anfield, Palace had just 36% of the possession, took nine shots of which four were on target, and earned six corners.
The Eagles are eighth in the Premier League table at the moment with 19 points from 12 matches, just five points behind fourth-place Manchester United.
