Rangers players react on Twitter after latest Ibrox victory, including Foderingham, Oduwa

Rangers hammered Alloa Athletic 4-0 at Ibrox this weekend.

Rangers bounced back from defeat to Hibernian in style with a 4-0 thumping of Alloa Athletic at Ibrox on Saturday afternoon.

The Gers saw their remarkable winning run end at Easter Road a week ago, and how they responded was always going to be key for Mark Warburton's men.

In the style of true champions, Rangers rallied to hammer Alloa Athletic 4-0 at Ibrox, with striker Martyn Waghorn smashing home two great volleys either side of a James Tavernier free kick.

Substitute Nicky Clark then came off the bench to add a fourth goal, handing Warburton a comfortable victory - and a much-needed one after that defeat to Hibernian.

After the game, a number of Rangers players took to Twitter in order to pass on messages to supporters as they celebrated a key victory.

Goalkeeper Wes Foderingham admitted he was delighted with the win and the clean sheet, as did defender Dominic Ball, who hailed the Ibrox crowd.

Full back James Tavernier celebrated having scored yet another goal, whilst winger Nathan Oduwa said that the club are back on track after an important win.

Finally, teenager Jordan Thompson admitted he enjoyed a 'dream come true' after making his Rangers debut as a substitute.
