Micky Hazard reacts on Twitter to Wenger's post-match comments... pulls no punches

Arsene Wenger In Emirates Press Conference 2

The former Tottenham Hotspur man responded to the Arsenal boss after the north London derby.

Former Tottenham man Micky Hazard was unhappy with Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger's post-match comments after Sunday afternoon's north London derby.

Arsenal drew 1-1 with Tottenham as the fierce rivals played out an entertaining encounter. Harry Kane gave the visitors the lead while the home side equalised in the second half through Kieran Gibbs.

It was Spurs, though, who largely dominated and Hazard called on Wenger to acknowledge that.

Indeed, on Twitter after the game, the ex-Tottenham star told the Arsenal boss not to complain and that the White Hart Lane outfit 'outplayed' their rivals - despite having less time to prepare for the encounter.

Many were encouraged by Tottenham's performance and more and more praise is now starting to pour in for boss Mauricio Pochettino: his side are unbeaten since the opening day of the Premier League season.

But the Gunners will be most pleased after that derby. Arsenal were on the ropes for a lot of the crunch clash and showed enough spirit to get force themselves back into the equation.

To come away with a point after being dominated for so long will suit Wenger and co just fine.
