The current boss is enjoying his time at Elland Road.
Leeds United picked up yet another win today, getting the better of Huddersfield Town in the West Yorkshire derby.
Goals from Mirco Antenucci, Chris Wood and Alex Mowatt did the trick for the Whites and it was a result worthy of their performance.
It was Steve Evans' second win as Leeds boss, following the win against Cardiff City in the week, and represents a massive turnaround from what was a woeful performance against Blackburn Rovers recently.
Before the game today Evans spoke to Soccer AM about his start to life in Leeds and certainly sounds like he is enjoying it.
"Every day is a blessing as they say. I've told the players, I've got a contract till Friday - I just don't know what Friday.
"It's a mixture of everything. What you realise is this is an absolutely massive football club with fantastic supporters worldwide. When you come inside it, a bit like Liverpool, you realise the magnitude and the size of it. But I've got to concentrate on the important side of it which is the grass."
Evans' appointment was initially met with skepticism from the Leeds United faithful but he certainly has the team playing a more purposeful style of football then previously under the management of Uwe Rosler.
Leeds have now kept two clean sheets in a row as well as winning their last two fixtures and fans of the club will hope Evans can keep up this form.
