The goalkeeper has been out since March with a knee injury.
West Bromwich Albion have been without their number one goalkeeper since March.
Ben Foster suffered yet another knee injury during an aerial challenge with Peter Crouch. His torn anterior cruciate ligament has kept him out of action ever since and he only recently got back into football training.
But he is due back to first-team action in December and he is pushing hard to get back into first-team action.
He has posted this picture on his Instagram account earlier today highlighting his step up in his recovery by sharing a picture doing a 110kg deadlift in the gym.
Here is the picture:
Today West Brom take on Foster's former team in Manchester United with the hope of pulling off a scalp at Old Trafford.
Boaz Myhill will be between the sticks for the Baggies in the game with another former Manchester United stopper Anders Lindegaard on the bench.
But Foster will soon be hoping to take back his place in the West Brom first-team.
