Leeds United player ratings: Silvestri shows his class, Mowatt impresses, Dallas outstanding

Leeds United beat Huddersfield Town 3-0 this afternoon - here is how their players rated today.

Marco Silvestri 8 - The Italian has had his detractors this season, but the produced a number of important saves, particularly from James Vaughan and Harry Bunn as he kept a second straight clean sheet.

Scott Wootton 6 - very, very lucky to stay on the pitch after a foul which should have been punished with a second yellow card, but Wootton was solid outside of that, and supplied a good ball forward for Antenucci's opening goal.

Liam Cooper 6 - performed well during his time on the pitch but lasted just 18 minutes before being stretchered off with an injury.

Giuseppe Bellusci 8 - another player who has received plenty of criticism this season, Bellusci turned in a superb display, shackling Nakhi Wells throughout to help Leeds keep Huddersfield at bay.

Gaetano Berardi 8 - coped well with the direct running of Joe Lolley, even when the winger cut inside and outside. With Charlie Taylor out, the Swiss defender has deputised admirably, and this was another strong display.

Stuart Dallas 9 - exceptional touch and cross for the opening goal, and the wide man caused problems throughout in a superb performance on the right hand side - arguably one of his best displays of the season.

Luke Murphy 7 - impeccable vision to pick out Antenucci for the second goal, and always kept possession ticking over in the middle of the park for Leeds.

Lewis Cook 8 - combative in the tackle and always willing to drive forward with the ball, Cook played a vital role in Leeds' win and struck up a strong partnership with Murphy in midfield.

Alex Mowatt 9 - followed up his midweek screamer with another wonder goal, and Mowatt's renewed confidence under Steve Evans has seen him produce superb displays recently.

Mirco Antenucci 8 - Antenucci was fairly quiet until he scored his goal, showing great movement to get in to space inside the box before creating the second goal.

Chris Wood 7 - got the second goal with an easy tap-in. Decision making a little questionable in the final third sometimes but a decent enough display, especially considering the desire he showed to get in the box for his goal.

Sol Bamba 7 - shaky after coming on for Cooper, but eventually settled down and made some vital challenges in the second half.

Tom Adeyemi 6 - slotted in at right back for Wootton, and whilst it isn't his natural position, he didn't allow Huddersfield to get back in to the game.

Jordan Botaka 7 - the winger came on late in the day and had a few bright moments on the counter attack, where he could have scored but for a fine save from Joe Murphy.
