Derby fans react on Twitter to defeat to Nottingham Forest

Derby County went down 1-0 to Nottingham Forest at the City Ground in the Championship on Friday evening.

Derby County fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the side’s defeat to Nottingham Forest on Friday evening.

Paul Clement’s side were favourites to win the East Midlands derby at the City Ground and headed into the Championship encounter as the form team.

However, the Rams failed to break down Forest, who won the match 1-0, thanks to Nelson Oliveira’s goal in the fifth minute.

The performance of the Derby players was disappointing and left much to be desired.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at the City Ground, Derby had 66% of the possession, took 14 shots of which just two were on target, earned five corners and created 12 chances.

Forest had just 34% of the possession, took 15 shots of which four were on target, and earned two corners.

Following the match, Derby fans took to Twitter to have their say on the match and the defeat.
