The Tottenham midfielder has stated that Spurs are going to get three points on enemy soil.
Tottenham midfielder Dele Alli has spoken out about his excitement ahead of playing in the North London derby this weekend, with The Mirror quoting the starlet as claiming Spurs want all three points.
Mauricio Pochettino’s young side have started to mature under his tutelage this season, with the former MK Dons starlet one of the bright points from a progressive campaign to date.
The White Hart Lane side head to the Emirates Stadium on a ten-match unbeaten run in the Premier League and having won against Aston Villa and Anderlecht already this week.
For Alli it will be his first taste of the bitter local clash and he has stated that the visitors are not going to make up the numbers, with three points the ultimate objective.
“These are the games you dream of playing in. It is one of the biggest games in the world, I think.
“We know how much it means, not only to us but the fans as well so we want to go there and get the three points.”
Arsenal were humbled 5-1 by Bayern Munich in the Champions League in midweek and although Arsene Wenger’s men have injury concerns, will go into the clash as favourites.
Spurs have the goal of finishing in the top four this season and will know that a positive result at the Emirates will only build more confidence and boost their chances of Champions League qualification.
