The former Tottenham Hotspur chairman has accepted a charity bet on social media.
Former Tottenham chairman Alan Sugar has accepted a £5,000 bet ahead of Sunday afternoon's north London derby.
Indeed, Arsenal host their fierce rivals at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday, sitting five points clear of Mauricio Pochettino's men but knowing Tottenham haven't lost in the Premier League since the opening day of the season.
And, when challenged to a £5k bet by Arsenal fan Piers Morgan, Sugar accepted.
The proceeds will go to charity.
ok you have a bet but you should give me odds as you are going to win the PL https://t.co/ynjAR37KZz— Lord Sugar (@Lord_Sugar) November 7, 2015
Can Tottenham beat Arsenal?
There will be interesting duels up and down the pitch, of course. Petr Cech and Hugo Lloris are both exceptional goalkeepers, while it will be interesting to see if Christian Eriksen can create as many chances as Mesut Ozil.
As the away side, Tottenham will likely be happy with a draw. How will Arsene Wenger's Arsenal team respond to their 5-1 thrashing at Bayern Munich in the Champions League?
