West Ham United fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to have their say on Dimitri Payet’s omission from the France national team.
The 28-year-old attacking midfielder has yet again been overlooked by coach Didier Deschamps and will not feature in Les Bleus’ upcoming friendly matches.
France will face Germany on November 13 and England four days later in friendly internationals.
Payet will miss both of the matches despite having been one of the best players in the Premier League so far this season.
The summer signing from Marseille has scored five goals and created 43 chances in 11 league games.
The West Ham attacker has a pass accuracy of 81% and a shot accuracy of 65%, and has won one header, 25 dribbles and seven tackles.
