Southampton goalkeeper Forster is still working his way back to fitness.
Fraser Forster has taken to his personal Twitter account to share an update on his recover from injury, posting a photo which shows him working on his leg strength.
The former Newcastle and Celtic keeper has not played a single minute this season, sitting on the sidelines since March having undergone surgery on his knee.
His spell on the sidelines was the reason that Maarten Stekelenburg was signed on loan over the summer, meaning the Dutch stopper can take the starting role until Forster is back in action.
Forster played 37 games for Southampton last season, conceding just 29 goals and keeping 16 clean sheets.
He will be hoping to be back in action before the end of the season, with Forster having ambitions of travelling with the England squad for the European Championship Finals in France next summer.
